How is my fare calculated?
Your fare is based on distance and estimated trip time, and it's shown to you before you confirm the ride, so there are no surprises.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with your Jeetie wallet, a saved debit card, or cash. Choose your preferred method each time you book.
Can I book a ride for later?
Yes. Use "Schedule a ride" to pick a date and time. You can review or cancel a scheduled ride from the app.
How do I share my trip with someone?
Once your ride starts, tap "Share trip" to send a live tracking link. They can follow your route until you arrive.
Can my company pay for my rides?
Yes. With Jeetie Business, your organisation signs up, adds you to its account, and your work trips are billed to the company instead of you.
